John and his colleagues were the agent for the vendor of an apartment I recently purchased. Whilst I was not their direct client, I found John and his office extremely helpful and professional in all my dealings with them. I had to interact with their office more that I anticipated that I would over the 6 month period from sale agreed stage to closing and at times I was at times contacting them in a stressed and anxious mindframe. Not only did they respond promptly but they made the process easier by assisting as much as they could and at times stepped in to expedite matters and improve communications in the process when necessary. I was very grateful for this in the final days and hours before closing when the stress levels were significant.
I will not hesitate to use their office should the need ever arise and based on my experience of them I would definitely recommend them.
